There were a number of ways Aurora could get rid of her irritation with her sister. Another fight had broken out, mostly on her part, and she just wanted to get away. So, she did.
As usual she was dressed in sparkles, that was no surprise. She donned jean shorts that she'd bedazzled, pink converse that she'd also bedazzled, and of course, who could go wrong with a pink sequined tee and matching ball cap? No one, of course. Even those who seriously needed fashion help, or other help for that matter, could seek refuge in a great outfit like this. Then again, it'd be hard to look as great as Aurora did.
Just to match it all up, Aurora fixed a small, sequined pink bow into her hair and then, she was ready for the day. To her, the park was a wonderful place, where she could clear her mind- and play some fun sports, too, if anyone else was up to it. Sometimes she'd join in on others' games. Either way, it was a great way to get out and have some fresh air. Aurora walked with a small smile across her pink-glossed lips through the park, looking around for someone to talk to, preferably someone she knew, or someone to play a game with.

Making his way down to the Palm Woods Park, James smiled to himself. Occasionally he liked to go to the park, it was a great way to meet girls, it also didn't hurt if he showed off any of his muscles. Making his way, James decided to just to hang out and maybe play some football (if anybody offered at least).
Brushing a few strands of hair out of his eyes, James looked around the park. There weren't that many people out yet, only a few people here and there (excluding himself). But one person caught James Diamond's eye. She had extreme vibrant red hair, not a natural red hair, dyed. But it looked good on her. But something felt odd, it wasn't that she covered in sparkles. She just seemed familiar to James.
Then it hit him, almost like a ton of bricks. The girl before him was the younger sister of Mandi Monasterio. Now James had never really had a full on conversation with her before. He had only said a few words as they would pass each other, nothing much really. Maybe now was the time to strike up a conversation.
"Hey" he said, walking up to Aurora.

The park was emptier than usual. Perhaps it was because it was early, or perhaps it was because people were working. Aurora had just finished filming yet another episode of New Town High just the other day, so she had a day or two off to memorize her newest script. With that (mostly) out of the way, she deserved a break. Besides, by the time she showed up at the set tomorrow, she'd have it memorized completely. She always did. Not that it mattered, though- most of the other cast members only memorized a few lines here and there, and then would practically read off the script when it came time to film. They'd be doing run-throughs mostly tomorrow, so it probably wouldn't matter, but it still annoyed the girl that some people would come unprepared. Honestly, they didn't deserve to be on the same set as her.
But, that was neither here nor there. Aurora's irritation quickly washed away and was replaced by slight happiness, or at least not-annoyed-anymore-ness, when she was spoken to. She turned to face... who was it again? A popular singer, no doubt, by the sound of his voice, but Aurora didn't really- no, she wasn't going to pretend in her head. She'd just warm up to James Diamond, singer in the boy band Big Time Rush, by pretending to him that she didn't know who she was. An easy tactic.
"Oh, hello." she said cheerfully, giving him a soft smile. He was several inches taller than her, but then, he wasn't mister long, tan, and handsome for no reason, was he? "Nice to see someone else around the park this morning, seems everyone else forgot the sun was shining." she said, and then promptly offered him a hand, saying, "I'm Aurora Monasterio. And you are...?"
Aurora hoped that he wouldn't bring up her relationship with her sister. But, alas, even if he did, she could always tell him that she and Mandi didn't share a good relationship and leave it at that. A bit of green envy boiled inside of her as she realized that maybe the two already knew each other.
