What do I like… Um… I like music. A Lot. That’s why I’m a singer after all. I also love being a fashion statement. I don’t know why. What else… I love movies, its my favorite thing to do on a day off. Write song lyrics, dance, and practice. I know, I’m that weirdo that likes to practice constantly. OH! I love to travel and just goof off and have fun.

I don’t like broccoli, or green vegetables… It’s a mental thing. I hate homework! Its not fun, at all. Socially awkward people concern me… I dislike my younger brother… he’s super annoying. I also don’t like working out, but I have a high metabolism so it works out. I mean I’ll go to the gym and run on a treadmill, but no weights. I also dislike my car… its junk and nothing works on it.

I SEE. DO YOU HAVE ANY FEARS?[/b]
Um… I’m afraid of falling. Its just been a fear of mine since I was a kid. When I was like four or five, I fell off a counter top and hit my nose. Which is a reason I got my nose pierced, so the scar couldn’t be seen. But its just been a fear of mine, mainly because I have this thing where I can’t feel pain so it freaks me out when I get hurt.

A strength… I can dance pretty darn well. Being loud as well… I was a cheerleader at my old high school so I get really loud. Being creative… I’m pretty good at that. I designed my CD album cover. Walking and jumping in heels! I can basically do anything in heels, I’ve performed in heels a bunch of times… its pretty awesome. And I can dance in them. Is that three? I’ll do another one to be sure. I’m pretty good at singing… well I’ve been told. And texting, I can text like no other.

Being put on the spot! I freak out and like clam up. Its horrible. Also, candy. It’s the way to get me to forgive you, I swear. Its like the one thing I can never resist. Also a duet, I love duets. I don’t know why but I’m always willing to do one. My dog… she’s my ultimate weakness, I love my dog.

Secrets… Um… I was originally born in Tavera, Portugal. Not many people know that. I go there a lot, its where my whole family is from. And Madrid, Spain its like my home. I wish I was back there but I love it here in America. I wouldn’t change it for the world.

An animal I would be… I’d be a cheetah because I’d be super fast. My song… would most likely be Valerie by Amy Whinehouse because Valerie is my name in English and its lyrics and beat are awesome. My color… that’s super tough… probably teal because it’s a mix of two very close colors much like my heritage. Being both Spanish and Portuguese. A word… eccentric I would suppose… mainly because I am. And very loud.

CAN YOU GIVE ME A LITTLE BACKGROUND ABOUT YOURSELF?[/b]
I was born in Tavera, Portugal to Cecila Torres and Luca Saporta. My mom is full Spanish and my dad is Portuguese. I have a ten year old brother named Cristiano. My parents argued on who named us. My mom is a singer and dancer, my dad is a doctor who thinks its kinda lame to be a singer or dancer in this business. I started taking dance when I was six, and singing when I was five.
I’m bilingual, obviously. I started singing professionally when I was ten. My mom kind of pushed me into it but I’m glad she did. I was sent to live with my Aunt who lived in Baltimore, Maryland when I was 16 and became a cheerleader and that’s how I was discovered.

I am at the Palm Woods for singing and dancing. Mainly dancing currently. It kind of changes.

My mom got me into dancing as a kid. I was six when I started dancing and I’ve loved it since. Singing was since I was five and I love it as well. But my current focus is on dancing but singing will most likely happen again that I want to do it.

ARE YOU PLEASED WITH THE WAY YOU ARE?[/b]
I love the way I am. I have no reason not to, I mean yes I have my days where I’m very hard on myself and hate myself but its mainly when I get sick and can’t dance or sing. I have no reason to hate myself otherwise though.
