In Penance for the witches and wizards of the magical world, all children between the ages 11 and 17 must be sent to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.Once there each student will be sorted into a house.
One week after the sorting, 24 students will be selected at random for the honor of representing their house.
While in the arena, each tribute will be stripped of his/her powers, so the will be on equal terms as muggles.
